What is Lorem Ipsum?

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.

Confidentiality

Everything discussed remains in the room, this is ensured by a contractual agreement between the mediator and the mediator. The mediator is even obliged to do so by law.

Personal responsibility

The medians work out the solution to the conflict themselves, the mediator supports them and gives the medians the necessary structure through all phases of the process.

Transparency

The principle of being informed does not give the possibility of an additional agreement.

Informedness

The parties involved each have the same level of knowledge with regard to all disputed facts and legal bases.

Openness to results

The solution to the conflict is supported by an open-minded attitude; the aim is to develop possible solutions. “Negotiating” about positions makes it difficult to find a mutually acceptable solution.

ALL partisanship

The mediator supports both parties equally and tries to correct possible imbalances.

Voluntariness

Participation in the mediation process is based on the voluntary nature of the parties and can be ended or paused at any time by one of the two parties.

The procedure

Mediation helps people resolve conflicts or manage them better by making agreements about what both of them will do differently in the future.

You need to work together and seek mutual benefit. To do this, you need to understand the other person and the mediator will guide you both through the process.
